Sarah Allen is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator with over a decade of litigation experience. Known for her steady demeanor and deep familiarity with civil trials, she brings clarity and equity to every mediation session.

Biography

Before turning her full attention to mediation, Sarah served as trial counsel at a large civil litigation firm, where she managed a high-volume docket in the Premises Liability Group. She regularly first-chaired jury trials, prepared complex cases for litigation, and earned both multimillion-dollar verdicts and decisive defense wins across Florida.

In addition to her courtroom work, Sarah contributed to large-scale opioid litigation as part of a government action team, helping to prosecute claims against pharmaceutical manufacturers and working closely with municipalities in Florida and Oklahoma. Earlier in her career, she represented insurers and corporate clients at a statewide defense firm, where she managed litigation strategy, client communication, and staff oversight—giving her a balanced perspective that continues to inform her work at the mediation table.

Sarah began her legal career as a judicial clerk at both the trial and appellate level, including the First District Court of Appeal, and she competed in Moot Court during her time at Florida State University College of Law. Today, she draws on her deep litigation background and calm, pragmatic approach to help parties resolve disputes with clarity and confidence.
