Sarah Allen is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator with over a decade of litigation experience. Known for her steady demeanor and deep familiarity with litigation, trials, and high-emotion work environments, she brings clarity and equity to every mediation session.

Biography

In 2025, Sarah joined The Liles Firm in downtown Jacksonville to grow her mediation practice and assist on commercial cases. Before turning her full attention to her mediation practice, Sarah served as trial counsel at a large civil litigation firm, where she managed a high-volume docket in the Premises Liability Group. She regularly first-and second- chaired jury trials to verdict. She regularly litigated, mediated, and tried cases with complex liability and catastrophic injuries, including sexual assault cases.

Prior to focusing on premises liability cases, Sarah contributed to large-scale opioid litigation as part of a government action team. Earlier in her career, she represented insurers and corporate clients at a nationwide defense firm with experience in premises liability, nursing home, medical malpractice, and dental malpractice. There, she managed litigation strategy, client communication, and staff oversight—giving her a balanced perspective that continues to inform her work at the mediation table.

Sarah’s impact as a mediator is not solely a result of her rich experience as a litigator. As a two-time cancer survivor, mother, and philanthropist, Sarah draws on all of her life-experiences to benefit her clients. Today, she draws on her deep litigation background and calm, pragmatic approach to life and litigation to help parties resolve disputes with clarity and confidence.
